Sublimation Gang Sheet Builder

Create your own sublimation gang sheet by arranging multiple designs on one sheet in our online builder. Order a physical printed sheet using your artwork.

How to order

1. Select your sheet size from the Size dropdown.
2. Click Build a Gang Sheet to open the editor.
3. Upload your artwork, set each design to its intended print size, and arrange it within the sheet.
4. Review the layout, image quality, spacing, and orientation, then follow the builder’s steps to finish and add your sheet to the cart.

Sheet sizes

22 inches wide, with lengths from 24 to 120 inches. Dimensions are shown as width × length. Choose the size that gives your designs enough room; the sheet price is based on the selected size.

Artwork preparation

Use clear, high-resolution artwork. Transparent PNG files are recommended when your design should have no background. Check the dimensions of every design before completing your sheet; enlarging a small image can reduce print quality.

What you receive

A physical printed sublimation gang sheet using your completed layout. Garments, cups, blank items, and digital downloads are not included.

Application

For white or light-colored polyester fabric and sublimation-coated blanks. Sublimation does not print white ink; white areas of your artwork show the material color. A heat press is required.
