A quick guide to planning your order with Xpressions Custom Creations.

Processing & production

Our shipping policy lists 2–3 days for processing, plus additional time for shipping. Some custom products have their own production timelines listed on the product page. Check those details before ordering.

For example, select blankets, doormats and canvases list 3–5 business days for production; framed photos list 5–7 business days; and the heavy-duty tent lists 7–10 business days after proof approval. These production times do not include shipping.

Ordering for an event?

Before placing a time-sensitive order, contact us with the product, quantity and date you need it. Rush turnaround times are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Local pickup

For orders with local pickup, contact us to confirm that your order is ready and arrange pickup details before traveling. Please do not enter the gated entrance or gated back area.

Shipping

Processing and production time are separate from shipping time. Review the delivery options at checkout and our shipping policy when planning your order.
