Custom Sublimation Transfers – Upload Your Design

Upload your artwork for a physical sublimation transfer. Choose the print width, attach your design, and we print it for you.

How to order

1. Choose your Size.
2. Use Upload your file to attach your print-ready artwork.
3. Confirm the upload is complete, choose the quantity, and add to cart.

Quantity is the number of copies of the uploaded design in your selected size. Add a separate cart item for each different design or size.

Artwork requirements

Upload a clear, high-resolution PNG. Use a transparent background when your artwork should have no background. Remove unwanted backgrounds and excess blank borders before uploading. Check spelling, colors and image quality. We print your supplied artwork; design creation and file corrections are separate services. Contact Xpressions if you need help preparing your file.

Cover designs are examples; your order uses the artwork you upload. Printed glitter and metallic effects are part of the image.

Choose your print width

Sizes refer to printed design width in inches. Height scales proportionally with your artwork. Garment sizes in the dropdown are suggestions; measure your garment or blank before ordering.

Widths run from 4 to 14.5 inches. Our standard pocket / small-logo option is 4 inches wide. The gallery chart shows several pocket examples; this listing uses the standard 4-inch option. Use the larger widths for oversized or back prints.

Application

Sublimation: For white or light-colored polyester fabric and sublimation-coated blanks. No white ink is printed; white areas show the material color. A heat press is required.

Follow the application instructions supplied with your sublimation print.

What you receive

Physical printed transfers only. Garments, blank items and digital downloads are not included.
